    団体予約を申し込むSubmit a Reservation Request

    ページ内の専用フォームから必要事項を送信してください。この時点では予約は未確定です。Send the required details using the form on this page. Your reservation is not confirmed at this stage.

  2. 02

    店舗からの案内に従うComplete the Required Procedure

    店舗で内容を確認後、予約可能な場合はメールで手続きをご案内します。予約保証のため、カード情報の登録または事前決済をお願いする場合があります。After reviewing your request, we will email you if we can accommodate it. To secure the reservation, we may require credit card registration or advance payment, depending on your booking. Please follow our instructions.

  3. 03

    予約確定Reservation Confirmed

    店舗指定の手続きが完了し、店舗から予約確定の案内を受け取った時点で予約成立です。Your reservation is confirmed only after the required procedure is completed and you receive confirmation from the restaurant.

STEP 3が完了するまで予約は確定していません。Your reservation is not confirmed until Step 3 is completed.

お申し込み・お問い合わせは、このページの団体予約フォームをご利用ください。Group reservations cannot be made by phone. Please submit your request using the group reservation form on this page.

人数・メニューGuests & Menus
  • 7名様以上を団体予約として承ります。Reservations for 7 or more guests are group bookings.
  • 12歳以上のお客様は、原則お一人様につき1メニューをご予約ください。As a rule, please request one menu per guest aged 12 or above.
  • ガイド様・ドライバー様専用の別メニューはございません。ガイド様・ドライバー様含め、お料理の必要な人数をご予約人数に含めてください。There is no separate menu for guides or drivers. Please include everyone who needs a meal, including guides and drivers, in the reservation count.
食事制限・持ち込みDietary Restrictions & Outside Food
  • アレルギー、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン、ハラル等の食事制限には対応できません。We cannot accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian or halal requirements.
  • 飲食物の持ち込みはできません。Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
来店時間・お席Arrival Time & Seating
  • ご予約時間に合わせてご来店ください。遅れる場合は、店舗からの予約確定メールに返信してお知らせください。Please arrive at your reserved time. If you expect to be late, reply to the restaurant's confirmation email.
  • ご利用時間は最大2時間です。お席の指定は確約できません。Dining time is limited to two hours. Specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • お席は、1階にテーブル18席・カウンター4席、2階にテーブル16席・カウンター4席・座敷6席の計48席です。We have 48 seats in total: 18 table seats and 4 counter seats on the first floor; 16 table seats, 4 counter seats and 6 tatami seats on the second floor.
  • ご利用人数によっては、テーブル席とカウンター席、または1階と2階に分かれてご案内する場合があります。Depending on your group size, your party may be seated across tables and counter seats or on separate floors.
  • 貸切をご希望の場合は、別途貸切料金が発生します。A separate fee applies if you request exclusive use of the restaurant.
旅行会社様・お会計Travel Agencies & Payment
  • 旅行会社様向けのR設定、コミッション、特別料金はございません。We do not offer travel agency net rates (R rates), commissions or special pricing.
  • 個別会計は承っておりません。Separate bills are not available.
  • お支払い方法・タイミングは、店舗からの個別案内をご確認ください。Please follow the restaurant's instructions regarding how and when to pay.
セキュリティ上、クレジットカード番号をメールで送信しないでください。

カード情報の登録が必要な場合は、店舗から安全な登録方法をご案内します。カード登録と事前決済は異なる手続きです。For security reasons, never send your credit card number by email. If registration is required, we will provide secure instructions. Card registration and advance payment are different procedures.

04 / CANCELLATION POLICY

キャンセルポリシーCancellation Policy

以下のキャンセル料は個人・団体共通です。キャンセル料は予約開始時刻ではなく、予約日を基準に適用します。The following fees apply to both individual and group reservations. Cancellation fees are based on the reservation date, not the reservation start time.

  • 予約日前日のキャンセルには50%、予約日当日のキャンセルには100%のキャンセル料が適用されます。Cancellations made one day before the reservation date incur a 50% fee; cancellations on the reservation date incur a 100% fee.
  • 無断キャンセルには、予約内容に応じた上記の無断キャンセル料が適用されます。No-shows are subject to the applicable no-show fee shown above.
  • キャンセル料は、事前に登録されたクレジットカード等に請求する場合があります。Cancellation fees may be charged to the registered credit card.

05 / REQUEST FORM

フォーム送信時点では予約は確定しません。 内容確認後、予約可能な場合は店舗からメールで手続きをご案内します。店舗指定の手続きが完了し、予約確定の案内を受け取った時点で予約成立です。Submitting this form does not confirm your reservation.
